What is the work you are doing?

We have been commissioned by an organization called Greater Europe Mission (GEM) as Worship Trainers.  We are able to use the experience that we have gained as worship leaders over the past 18 years in our interaction with pastors, worship leaders and worship teams throughout Ireland.

We believe that worship is vital in the life of the believer and the life of the church.  In our ministry we do what we can to help worship leaders and their teams understand the importance of worship, the importance of their role as leaders and to do what God has called them to do with integrity and skill.

We are continuing to develop various methods to accomplish this.  Here are several...

- Worship workshops for local fellowships in which we facilitate discussion of Biblical and practical aspects of worship and worship leading.

- Retreats for worship leaders from various fellowships -- gathering them together for prayer, worship, fellowship, sharing and teaching.

 - One-on-one Mentoring and discipleship with individual worship leaders.

In short - we do what we can to help facilitate worship ministries in the local church.

The foundation of our ministry is in developing relationships.  It is through these on-going partnerships that we are able to do what we do and continue to see our work grow, as word spreads of our ministry.

Our base of operations in Ireland is Dublin, but we work throughout the entire country.

Why Ireland?  Aren't there more needy places?

There are many areas in the world that suffer from desperate material poverty -- what we refer to as the Third World.  This is important work that needs to continue.  However, when you look at the spiritual condition of Ireland and the rest of Europe, you discover a great spiritual poverty.  The church in Africa is growing 50 times faster, and the church in Asia 43 times faster than in Europe.

While Ireland has a long history of Christian influence in the world, that has changed. In fact, today, less than 1% of the population are people with a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.  The churches throughout Ireland are small and scattered and have very few resources.  Even the Catholic Church is losing its influence as the Republic becomes more and more a secularized society along with the rest of Europe.  We refer to this as a post-Christian society.

There is much work to be done to build up the body of Christ throughout Ireland.

Are you going to move there?

Yes.  We are currently working full-time to raise the neccessary financial support to enable us to get moved and live there permanently.

What are your Worship Workshops like?

Check out this blog entry .  It should give you all the info you need on this subject.

How is your work funded?

Our work is funded through Ministry Partners, individuals and churches who believe in what we're doing and who have a heart to see our ministry succeed.  Many have come on board with us, committing to a monthly amount of pledged financial support, trusting God that as they make the sacrifice for His work in Ireland, He will bless them for it and enable them to meet their commitment.

How can I be a part of what you're doing?

Two ways:

    1. Financial Support (Ministry Partner)

    2. Prayer

Becoming a Ministry Partner is quite simple.  First, call us (850-261-4498) or drop us an This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know of your interest.  Then we would like to meet with you face-to-face or over the phone, show you images and graphics and tell you about our work in detail.  For phone appointments we can show you our slide show online.  Then we ask that you pray about what God would have you do.  This is His work and we are all accountable to Him in what He calls us to do.  If you feel that God is leading you to support this work financially, ask Him to let you know to how much you should commit.
